Lot2WinUp application (later ‘app’) draws numbers for just about anything. The end user of the app (later ‘user’) just has to set up pool sizes – main (orange) and bonus (red) pools – and indicate how many numbers to draw out of each pool. Maximum pool sizes and maximum amount of numbers to be drawn can be specified in app’s settings. Frequently used draw setups and draw results can be saved for future use. Draw results can be easily shared with friends and family.

The user interacts with the app through its graphical user interface. At app’s initial start, the user shall confirm that he/she is a legal adult in the country of his/her residence.

The app saves the current draw setup as well as configuration details in the user’s device. The user may explicitly save draw setups and/or draw results, having them readily accessible in the app. Shared draw results may also be saved in user’s and/or receiver’s devices.

The app shows ads from our advertising partner companies. If applicable, the user is prompted for his/her consent to view ads (according to the General Data Protection Regulation, applicable in the European Union and the European Economic Area). Before consenting, the user can also view the complete list of our advertising partner companies, including each partner company’s terms of use and privacy policy. The user can reset his/her consent at any time he/she chooses to do so. After reset, the user is prompted for a new consent, if applicable. In devices running iOS 14.0+ operating systems, the app will request an app-tracking authorization (according to Apple’s App Tracking Transparency requirements).

For advertising and analytics purposes, the data used by third parties may include device id, ip address, user-associated performance data, user interactions and non-user related crash logs.

At draw results, the user has the option to wait for 3 successive ads, after which the app will not show ads for new draw results for the remaining day in question.

The user may install/uninstall the app at any time. The app is free to install and it's available for devices running Android version 5.0+ and iOS 12.0+ operating systems.
